Customer Supplied Items:
Ugly Duckling Embroidery will not be held responsible for damage to garments not purchased through us. Customers assume all responsibility for damages that could occur during the embroidery process and will not be reimbursed the cost of the item should damage occur.
Designs are priced at $1.00/1000 stitch count with a minimum of $5.00.
Payment Options:
We can accept your Discover Card, Visa, MasterCard, or American Express online or by phone, fax, mail or in person. Do not email your credit card information.

We also accept certified checks, money orders and PayPal.

Deposits:
All orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of order. The balance will be due at time of delivery. All orders must be paid for in full before shipping will occur. Sorry, we do not offer net terms or COD.
New York State Sales Tax/Exemption:
New York Sales Tax of 3% will be applied to all sales purchased in the State of New York. Sales tax exemption certificates will be required prior to all sales order processing. Please request a form if necessary. No tax credits will be given without documentation.
Shipping charges:
Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight of your order. Your order will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. All orders are insured in the event it gets damaged in transit.
Returns:
Returns are accepted only if we've shipped defective merchandise or made a mistake in the embroidery. Please call or e-mail us if there is a problem.
